Invoices & Billing

After checkout, an email will be sent to you confirming your order and your method of payment. Please use this email receipt as your official WFNZ Shop invoice and receipt. If for some reason you need a hard copy mailed to you just send an email to us at wfnz@logodogz.com and we will be happy to mail you a copy.

Order Methods


At LogoDogz, we recognize that all of our customers have unique needs.  As a result, we offer you three different ways to order.

1.       Order Online
Ordering on-line is a simple and an efficient way of getting your job completed.  This is our preferred method, as the process makes sure all of the information necessary to complete your order is provided and is entered as you desired.
 

3.       Email.
If you choose to send your order via email, simply include all of your pertinent order information on your email to wfnz@logodogz.com.  We will process your order immediately and get your job into production.
 

4.       Phone. 
If you prefer to phone your order in, you can call as toll free at 888-827-8866 and talk to our customer service department.

We believe we have made the ordering process as user friendly and robust as possible to allow for all of our customers unique needs. If you have any comments in these regards we would love to hear your input – just drop us a note at wfnz@logodogz.com.

Payment Options

We understand the unique needs of all of our customers so we offer a variety of payment options to allow each of our customers a choice in how they complete their online transaction. 
 

  • Credit Cards
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  For the security of all credit card transaction, we screen all credit card orders for potential fraud so it is important that the billing address you use in the ordering process matches the billing address of your credit card.

     
  • Payments by Check – Via Mail. 
    If you prefer to mail your check, please call us at 888-827-8866 to place your order

LogoDogz prides itself on providing accurate and complete information on our web site. If you find an error of any kind, please send an email to wfnz@logodogz.com.
  

  • Availability
    In the unlikely event an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately so alternate arrangements can be made.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses in the state of North Carolina.

Sales Tax Rates:

6.5% to 7.5% depending on county

TURN AROUND TIME FOR ORDERS

Your order will be processed immediately upon verification of payment.  We will immediately place your order into production.  Production and shipment should be completed within 5-7 days. 

Transit time will be based on the shipping method you have chosen. 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of the work performed we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that has been decorated unless the item has been decorated by us and there is a clear manufactures defect. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days..

In all cases, please send us an email to wfnz@logodogz.com with the following information: your name, order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for returning them.  We will promptly review your request and issue you the Return Authorization Number if warranted.  We will then send you a prepaid shipping label for you to use.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  Orders returned COD will be rejected without prior authorization.

We will notify you of your refund via email once we have received and processed your return.  Credits are not processed until the merchandise has been returned and inspected.  Refunds will be credited back to your credit card.  In the event you paid by check or Pay Pal, we will issue you a company check for your refund.

Once you have received your prepaid shipping label, mark your Return Authorization Number clearly on the box and ship the package(s) to the following address:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because of the custom nature of the work being performed, we cannot accept cancellations once we have placed your order into production. 

If your order has not been placed into production you may cancel your order subject to a restocking fee.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Currently we only ship to locations in the United States and Canada.  If you live outside of the States please send an email to wfnz@logodogz.com and we will see what we can do for you.

The security of your online purchase is as important to us as it is to you. Our server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Make sure you are using the 128-bit version of your web browser for maximum security.
